With over 20 years’ experience as a senior leader in the charity sector, I provide interim leadership and strategic consultancy to organisations facing growth, change or fundraising challenges.

My experience spans fundraising strategy, strategic partnerships, income generation, organisational change and senior leadership. I work with organisations to strengthen their approach, develop sustainable income and turn strategy into practical action.

I have held senior interim and consultancy roles across charities, education and social impact organisations, working with CEOs, Boards and senior teams to deliver growth, change and lasting impact.

ReCENT WORK

Guts UK — Fundraising Consultant: developed a three-year fundraising strategy, strengthened propositions and income generation, and reviewed fundraising capability and structure.
LandAid — Interim Director of Fundraising & Programmes: led fundraising, programmes and a team of 10, delivering £3.8m income and 15% year-on-year growth.
Yehudi Menuhin School — Interim Director of Development & External Relations: led major giving and trusts/foundations, securing more than £5m and renewing over £3m in Government funding.
Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists — Interim Associate Director: secured more than £1.2m in new funding, including major philanthropic gifts, and worked closely with the Board and senior leadership.
